How to view a blocked attachment
When you can't open an attachment to an e-mail is probably because of
Outlook Express security setting .
Here few easy steps to fix the problem:

Open Outlook Express

Click on Tools and select Option

On the next window click on Security Tab and
uncheck the tick next to Do Not Allow Attachments to Be Saved or Opened
that Could Potentially be a Virus

Click Apply

Click OK
-
When you finish viewing or saving the attachment you can return here and put the
tick back to make your computer more secure.
