To Turn User Control Off

Assuming Go to Start > Control Panel > User Account and click Turn User Account Control on or off (see Fig1)

A window opens .Uncheck Use User Account Control(UAC)to help protect your computer (See Fig.2)
Click OK ,c lose any open window and reboot
