How to Restore your System
If you have recently installed a program and your system
became persistently unstable or because of a faulty driver or for
unknown reason, you can try System Restore to bring your System back to a
point where you know it was working fine and this can be done without
involving any of your personal data. The only hassle could be about some
program that you have installed and, obviously, taking your system to a
previous date ,you'll have to install it again. But
leave this as last resort ,first you may just uninstall the program or
rollback only the driver i(see How to manage Drivers)f you suspect an update failed.

Tips
- If the restore process didn,t fix ypur problem ,you can bring your system
further back or undo the system restore.
- System Restore needs at least 300 MB of free disk space.
- also, don't rely on System restore to protect your computer from viruses
because in most of the cases when you find out about having a virus on your
computer it's probably too late and the virus has already spread out and
infected parts of the system that System restore doesn't touch.
